I love reading the book of Ruth, her love towards Naomi and God is such a reminder. Her faithfulness in God also shines throughout her story. Who doesn’t love reading the love story between her and Boaz? I was so glad to have been given the opportunity to review this book. Some of my favorite aspects of this devotional are:
- It’s undated–this matters to me because sometimes life happens and it can stress me out if I miss dates and can cause me to abandon the book.
- The devotions are not overly long but do give you something to think on.
- Within the book are Pause for Proverbs devotions, this goes further into Ruth’s character.
- It’s small in size, the perfect size to stick in my purse!
